Las Animas Elementary School

We recently concluded the mold abatement of Las Animas Elementary School located in Las Animas, Colorado.  Every room in this Preschool - 8th grade was affected and required abatement.  Once we (RMCC) received our final mold inspection clearance, Rocky Mountain Construction Company re-constructed the entire school (from steel studs to finish) in six weeks.  When we set the schedule with our onsite project manager, not one person outside the Rocky Mountain Construction team felt this aggressive schedule was realistic. We completed the project as promised, ahead of schedule and without a punch list at the end.  Prior to our beginning abatement and reconstruction, Rocky Mountain Construction Company packed up, moved and relocated the entire elementary school to temporary classrooms located within the community.
